Pardon My Picnic will not be liable relating to injuries or illness that may occur during bookings. I am participating in this activity entirely at my own risk. I agree to give up or waive any right that I bring to legal action against Pardon My Picnic for personal injury or property damage. In the event that I should require medical care or treatment, I agree to be financially responsible for any costs. Cancellation Policy/ Refunds: A Design & Delivery fee will be added to all tablescapes. I understand that there will be a $100 deposit fee to hold my reservation on the desired date and time. Any events larger than 20 guests will pay a 50% deposit fee of their total. Payment is due in full 48 hours prior to your scheduled picnic. If cancellation is necessary notify us 7 days prior to your booking to reschedule or for a refund excluding any processing fees. Any events cancelled within the 7 days prior to your tablescape will forfeit your deposit fee. *Please note NJ Sales Tax will be applied as well. Weather Conditions: If the weather is not cooperating, Pardon My Picnic is happy to set up a beautiful event indoors at your home or covered area! If you prefer we will happily reschedule you to another available date. Scheduled Time: Please be mindful of time. This is a timed event. We offer additional time in our Add On’s. Damages: We charge a replacement fee for any damaged items up to half of its value.
