Simply choose the perfect package and theme that best suits you. Fill out the request form to provide the date, time, number of guests, etc. Pardon my Picnic will send you a confirmation email and a $100 deposit (that will go toward your picnic) will be required to hold your reservation. Any picnics larger than 20 guests is required to pay a 50% deposit fee of their total picnic. Everything will be ready upon your arrival and we will leave you to enjoy your time. Please note we do our best to set up picnics away from crowds, however we have no control in public spaces. You are responsible for all items until we return to pack them up.

Pardon My Picnic does offer charcuterie boxes and mini cakes as an add on option. You are welcome to bring your own food. Place settings (plates, napkins, utensils and cups) will be included in your package for your favorite eats! Pardon My Picnic can recommend restaurants and eateries in the area if you need assistance.

Notify us 7 days prior to your picnic to receive a refund excluding any processing fees. Any picnics cancelled after will forfeit their deposit fee.

Pardon My Picnic can seat up to 60 guests comfortably.

If the weather is not cooperating, Pardon My Picnic is happy to set up a beautiful picnic indoors at your home or covered area! If you prefer we will happily reschedule you to another date.

You should book your picnic as soon as possible to reserve your date and time. We can take reservations up to 6 months in advance. Last minute picnics are welcome upon availability.

Of course! We travel outside of Monmouth County, NJ for only our Divine Picnic or Tablescapes. Travel fee is $1.00 per mile to and from our in location in Eatontown, NJ. Tolls and parking are an additional cost. Traveling into NYC will be a flat fee of $200.

We charge a replacement fee for any damaged items up to half of its value.
