Pardon My Picnic will not be liable relating to injuries or illness that may occur during bookings. I am participating in this activity entirely at my own risk. I agree to give up or waive any right that I bring to legal action against Pardon My Picnic for personal injury or property damage. In the event that I should require medical care or treatment, I agree to be financially responsible for any costs. Cancellation Policy/ Refunds: I understand that a 50% deposit fee of my total is required to hold my reservation on the desired date and time. Any parties larger than 20 guests require a 15% delivery fee added to their total. Payment is due in full 48 hours prior to your scheduled gathering. If cancellation is necessary notify us 7 days prior to your picnic booking for a full refund or reschedule. Any picnics cancelled or rescheduled within the 7 days prior to your picnic will forfeit your deposit fee. Scheduled Time: Please be mindful of time. This is a timed event. We offer additional time in our Add On’s. Travel Fees: Travel service fee is .63 cents per mile to and from the location outside of Monmouth County. Tolls and parking are an additional cost. Traveling into NYC will be a flat fee of $150. Damages: We charge a replacement fee for any damaged items up to half of its value. Allergens: Attention customers with food allergies. Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish. While we take steps to minimize risk and safely handle the foods that contain potential allergens, please be advised that cross contamination may occur.
