Any Additional Details? Promo Code Terms & Conditions / Cancellation * Pardon My Picnic will not be liable relating to injuries or illness that may occur during bookings. I am participating in this activity entirely at my own risk. I agree to give up or waive any right that I bring to legal action against Pardon My Picnic for personal injury or property damage. In the event that I should require medical care or treatment, I agree to be financially responsible for any costs. Cancellation Policy/ Refunds: I understand that there will be a $100 deposit fee to hold my reservation on the desired date and time. A 15% service fee will added to the total. Any picnics larger than 20 guests require a 20% service fee added to their total and pay a 50% deposit fee of their full picnic. Payment is due in full 48 hours prior to your scheduled picnic. If cancellation is necessary notify us 7 days prior to your picnic booking to reschedule or for a refund excluding any processing fees. Any picnics cancelled within the 7 days prior to your picnic will forfeit your deposit fee. *Please note NJ Sales Tax will be applied as well. Weather Conditions: If the weather is not cooperating, Pardon My Picnic is happy to set up a beautiful picnic indoors at your home or covered area! If you prefer we will happily reschedule you to another available date. Scheduled Time: Please be mindful of time. This is a timed event. We offer additional time in our Add On’s. Travel Fees: We travel outside of Monmouth County, NJ for only our Divine Picnic. Travel fee is $1.00 per mile to and from our in location in Eatontown, NJ. Tolls and parking are an additional cost. Traveling into NYC will be a flat fee of $200. Damages: We charge a replacement fee for any damaged items up to 3x of its value.
